1.1 Recreational Vehicles/Park M All RVs must be commercially manufactured, at least twenty (20) feet in length and certified by RVIA or other licensed recognized converters. RVs with slide-outs, foldouts and pop-outs that utilize any type of fabric as part of the wall, sides, or top are not allowed. No later than twenty (20) years old, measured from January 1st, or otherwise approved by the Developer. Leniency to this restriction may be allowed at the sole discretion of the Developer on any unsold units.
1.2 Recreational vehicles. Travel trailers, fifth-wheels, trailers, motorhomes of all classes, park models, park trailers, utility sheds and screen porches shall be compatible in color, texture and design with similar recreational vehicles, dwellings, and structures in the Resort. No advertising, wording, slogans or script that may be offensive shall be displayed on a Unit. The Board of Directors, in its sole discretion, will determine the objection as noted above, which may result in a fine and immediate request for an approved change or removal from the Resort.
While we don't know the exact mount the lots will rent for the developer is leaving that pricing to the lot owners discretion. We believe that they will average about $77/night or $1300 per month based on the competition in the area. We manage your rentals for you and charge a 10% management fee for owners who wish to participate.
There are a variety of financing options available for property purchases. We have several lenders that will provide financing. Based on some options your 15% deposit may be partially refunded if you choose a 95% lending option. Check out our page for lenders: LENDING OPTIONS
We estimate our monthly HOA fees to be $275/month and that will cover the maintenance of the common areas, pool, clubhouse, etc. As of right now the developer plans on charging only 10% management fee to manage rentals for the owners. The resort will manage all rentals for owners.
