Sales price X .20 (20%)= A
A X .0485= Tax amount
Annual tax bills come out in October and are paid in arrears.
Sample: Sales price $79,000
$79,000 x .20 = 15,800
$15,800 x .0485 = $766.30 per year

The resort has an overall insurance coverage that handles the amenities and common areas and general liability. To be in the rental program you will want to add your additional general liability coverage and if you are doing upgrades to your lot you may want those things like pavilions and outdoor kitchens covered as well.
